Kevin "KC" Schnell has approximately a decade of military experience. His titles include: Infantry Staff Sergeant (SSG), reconnaissance Scout Observer, Airborne Ranger, Drill Sergeant, Presidential Escort, Pentagon Tour Director and Master Fitness Instructor. Kevin was certified as a Combat Lifesaver (CLS) and held a Top Secret -Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) security clearance for the duration of his military career. Kevin has managed tactical and garrison teams ranging from 5-60 personnel in various environments.
Kevin has over 14 years of law enforcement experience in Missouri, working for the Kansas City, Belton and Independence Police Departments. He has been assigned to patrol units, a proactive unit, an ATV team, a bicycle unit and S.W.A.T. Kevin is certified as a Critical Incident Team (CIT) member and is well trained in defensive tactics and first aid. Kevin is trained in the Incident Command System and Emergency Management Response (ICS 100, 200, 700 & 800).
Kevin has worked in the protective services industry since 2011 and was the Honor Graduate of the 28-day Executive Security International protective services school in Grand Junction, CO in 2012.
Kevin is the President/Owner of KC Cann Transport LLC. and Co-Owner of KC Protective Services LLC.
Karzan Baban is an adaptable and results-driven emergency management and security professional with significant domestic and international experience in large-scale operations including serving as Incident Commander, Operations Section Chief, Planning Chief, and interpreter (Kurdish, Arabic & Farsi).
Karzan is a seasoned professional with over 150 direct action missions who utilizes strong, pro-active communication skills to build working relationships with internal and external parties to achieve mission-oriented results that facilitate rapid and long-term success.
Karzan was directly involved in the development and training of Middle Eastern Partner Nation SOF Units, ICTF, CTS Commandos and 36th Brigade for the past 15 years (2003-2019) with over 20 active assignments through the State Department (DoS).
Karzan is KC Cann Transport's and KC Protective Services' Director of Operations and the companies' Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Middle Eastern and North Africa operations.
Rusty Sullivan is a proud United States Naval veteran. He has worked in the public safety profession as a law enforcement officer and fire/EMS/technical rescue technician for over 33 years. Rusty served as a tactical/combat medical technician for over 15 years with U.S. law enforcement special operations teams. He taught in the college system as a full time faculty member and the Chief of Training, MCC - Public Safety Institute.
Rusty is a national and international instructor in multiple areas regarding rescue operations, law enforcement, military, and emergency medical law enforcement/combat procedures and training. He is a graduate of the International Public Safety Leadership and Ethics programs, the famed United States Counter Narcotics and Terrorism Operational Medical Support (CONTOMS), and the Tactical Emergency Medical Team (TEMS) programs. He is an International Hostage Negotiator, and has expertise in communication psychology, physical use of force, and force/conflict psychology.
He holds several advanced degrees: AAS in Criminal Justice, BA in Social Psychology, with an emphasis in public safety, and a Master’s in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution. Rusty was a Professional Mixed Martial Art’s Referee and over the last thirty years has studied numerous forms of martial arts including Bushidokan, Aikido, Systema, Sambo boxing, Muay Thai, he holds formal ranks in Krav-Maga and Black Belt in Gracie Jiu-jitsu.
Eben Hall spent 26 years as leader, tactical officer and trainer for the Kansas City Missouri Police Department. He has held the position of team leader for the departments Tactical Response Team as well as a patrol supervisor. While in this position he conducted high risk warrant service and armed and barricaded subject resolution. During his career, he has focused his service as a SWAT team sniper and entry specialist. He has developed and implemented security plans for protection of high value targets to include stationary and transport protection. He received a Meritorious Service Award for his contributions to tactical operations. Eben is a member of the Metro Tactical Officers Association and provides advanced firearms training to area SWAT teams. He is the subject matter expert for the KCMTOA in police sniper operations.
Eben holds instructor certifications in all current law enforcement weapons systems. He has taught firearms and defensive tactics at one of the nation’s leading police academies. He provides instruction in the areas of communication, leadership and dispute resolution.
Eben is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelors in Political Science. He holds a masters degree in Conflict Resolution and Dispute Management from Baker University. He is a nationally certified instructor in all categories of firearms and defensive tactics training, and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
